Sweet-Sour Dressing 10 Months, 1 Week ago  
Salad dressing with a tasty blend of sweet and sour flavors

¼ C olive oil, extra virgin
2 Tbls sugar substitute
2 Tbls vinegar
1 Tbls parsley, fresh, snipped
½ tsp salt
Dash black pepper

Shake all ingredients in tightly covered jar; refrigerate until ready to use.

Serves 5
