Perfect for camping or grill-night!
Heavy duty foil Cooking Spray 36 oz steak fries, frozen 4 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded ½ C green onion, sliced ¼ C evaporated milk, skim 2 Tbls butter 1 tsp salt ½ tsp paprika Tear off 2 large pieces of heavy duty foil for making square packets (approximately 12"x 24"). Spray each with non-stick cooking spray. Place 1/2 of the potatoes on each of the foil sheets. Split the cheese, onions, and milk and use to top each portion of the fries. Dot each with butter and sprinkle with salt and paprika. Toss the potatoes lightly with the ingredient on the foil; securely seal the edges of the foil to form tight packets and store in the freezer. Thaw in the refrigerator the day before consumption. Prepare grill and coals. Cook 4-5 inches from heat over medium coals, turning packet 3 times, until potatoes are hot and cheese is melted, approximately 20-25 minutes.
