A quick and easy after school snack!

2-8" flour tortillas
1/2 C mozzarella cheese, shredded (or substitute with favorite cheese)
Favorite pizza toppings - pepperoni, chopped onions or green peppers (parents should do the chopping)
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
Pizza sauce, for dipping

Place 1 tortilla on a microwaveable plate; spread mozzarella cheese evenly over the tortilla. Arrange favorite pizza toppings on the shredded cheese; sprinkle evenly with Italian seasoning. Put remaining tortilla on top. Heat pizza’dilla in microwave for 1 minute at 50% power. Let cool for another minute, then slice wedges with pizza cutter.

Dip pizza'dilla wedges into favorite pizza sauce and enjoy!
