Grilled Venison Teriyaki 11 Months, 2 Weeks ago  
There is no "gamey taste" when venison steaks are prepared with this marinade!

2 lb venison steak
3 Tbls brown sugar
3 lrg garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbls ginger, fresh & minced
½ C olive oil, extra virgin
1 C soy sauce, low sodium
2 Tbls sherry

Slice venison steaks into 1-inch strips and remove all visible fat. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinate steak in the refrigerator for 4 – 12 hours. Turn the steaks occasionally.

Discard marinade; grill or broil steaks a few minutes on each side. Serve immediately.

Serves 4
