This is the very first recipe I learned. It's so easy to make; I taught it to my kids when they young teen-agers.

Chops 'n Rice
4 pork chops, bone-in
salt & pepper to taste
1-15 oz can cream of mushroom soup
milk
white rice

Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Place pork chops in 9 x 13-inch pan; season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour cream of mushroom soup into a mixing bowl. Using same can to measure, add 1 full can of milk and another can of rice; mix together. Spread rice mixture over pork chops.

Cover and bake approximately 1 hour, or until rice is cooked. (serves 4)
