The comfort of breakfast served as a pizza!
1 lb turkey breakfast sausage 1 – 10 oz pizza dough, refrigerated 1 C hash brown potatoes, shredded & frozen 1 C Cheddar cheese, low-fat & shredded 1 ¼ C egg substitute, liquid, low-fat ¼ C milk, low-fat 1% 1/8 tsp black pepper 2 Tbls Parmesan cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 375-degrees. Press pizza dough over bottom and sides of 12” pizza pan. _layer_ sausage, hash brown potatoes and cheddar cheese over crust. Combine eggs, milk, and black pepper; pour over _layer_s and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes; cut into pizza slices and serve warm.
