What to do with Leftover Broth 11 Months, 2 Weeks ago  
Add extra flavor to your rice and potatoes by cooking them in half water and half chicken or vegetable broth. If you are using a low sodium broth, you don’t need to cut it with water.

Leftover broth can be frozen in ice-cube trays and used later to add flavor to vegetables or to cool a steaming bowl of soup.
