Grill: To cook on an open grid over a heat source.

Remember to always use a meat thermometer to be sure meats and poultry are cooked to a safe internal temperature and doneness. When using a barbecue sauce, apply the sauce the last 15-30 minutes of grilling to prevent burning and charring of the meat or poultry.
